Key features of this course are

Any learning and development professional would understand how difficult it is to balance between delivering training as well as creating content.  Instructional Design helps in putting a method to the madness and helps creating impactful content. Hence it is important to have good knowledge about nuances of instructional design to make training overall effective.

  • This course, is a mix of synchronous and asynchronous training methodologies. The course is enriched with audio, visuals, assessments as well as facilitated sessions for clarifications and reiterations.
  • It gives access to Strengthscape’s Learning Management System (LMS) which has a range of material starting with the course manual, videos, eLearning content, podcasts and a whole lot of assessments which will help participants become confident of what is being taught.
  • The course is divided into 5 modules. Each module has chapters and units.
  • Each module will have 2 virtual touch points with the Instructional Design Facilitator. Hence a total of 10 touch points.
  • Each touch point will be for 2 hours. Hence a total of 20 hours of touch points spread over 3 months.
  • Prior to the touch point session, participants are expected to go through LMS and read the manual for that section, watch videos and podcasts as well as read any additional reading material that are provided.
  • Post touch point sessions related to a module, participants are expected to complete assessment questions.
  • After completing all the five modules, participants are expected to complete a live project and take a final assessment. These have to be submitted within 20 days of completing all the 5 modules.
