What differentiates a manager from others in the organization, is the team or people they manage and lead – including the multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. Management comes with the integral requirement of managing people. It is the ability of a manager to handle the numerous stakeholders effectively, that decides the effectiveness of the manager.

The DARE program is supported by the Everything DiSC Management profile. The profile provides insights about the strengths and challenges of the managers and how to adapt to meet the needs of the people they manage – making them more effective managers.
