The overview includes the description of DiSC model. It specifically mentions that DiSC model is a tool which helps in connecting better. The next part is about the dot plaacement in the personal map which illustrates the behavioral style of the test-taker. The location of the dot represents the degree of inclination towards one’s behavioral style. If the location of the dot is towards the edge, then it shows the dominance of a personality style. If the location of the dot is towards the centre, then it shows that the individual is not naturally inclined towards any personality style. If the dot is about halfway between the centre and the corner, the individual will probably relate fairly well to the DiSC style.
Then the report provides a lot of insights about how an individual’s behavioral style will affect the working style and how he/she will connect with their colleagues. This helps in creating self-awareness and will also help in dealing the situations and reducing conflicts.
