Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Purpose of the Job Role

We at Strengthscape Private Limited are looking for Sales Executive to manage proactively and reactively sell the company’s products and services to domestic and international B2C clients. 

Primary Responsibilities

Capability Development

  • Generate potential leads proactively
  • Respond to incoming leads via email, chat, or phone related to B2C products and services
  • Make cold calls and initiate sales or set up meetings with potential customers over the phone
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Be up to date with the company’s products and services (old and new), informing clients and answering client questions related to it
  • Listening to client queries and asking questions to engage customers in a conversation to elicit the maximum information needed to make a sale
  • Explore and gather market and customer information, and domestic and international buying trends for company products and services
  • Advise on product developments, and discuss special promotions based on demand and market scenarios in respective regions
  • Revisit and explore client need to generate repeat sales
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations on volume sales and negotiate on price and costs
  • Meeting sales quotas, continuously reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Be organized and update CRM with client data, order information, and sales record

Qualification Criteria

Minimum Educational Qualification

  • Graduate / MBA in any Subject

  • Good English communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability and desire to talk to people on calls and sell
  • Networking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Resilience, ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
  • A positive, confident, and determined approach  
  • The capability to flourish in a competitive environment
