Management comes with the integral requirement of managing people. It is the ability of a manager to handle the numerous stakeholders effectively, that decides the effectiveness of the manager.
Strengthscape’s DARE program is designed to enable managers to effectively manage people and collectively accomplish the team goals.
The DARE program is supported by the Everything DiSC Management profile. The profile provides insights about the strengths and challenges of the managers and how to adapt to meet the needs of the people they manage – making them more effective managers.

DARE is aimed at improving managerial skills and flexibility with specific focus on key managerial responsibilities like directing & delegating, motivating, developing people and managing upwards. The program helps managers improve self-awareness and inter-personal relations with behavioural flexibility.
DARE is an experiential training that uses online pre-work, engaging facilitation, and online follow-up to create a personalized learning experience. DARE teaches managers how to bring out the best in each employee. This intervention increases managerial effectiveness using personalized learning to develop their management style.
