|Communication & Rapport||It is important to ensure that there is a definite and constant flow of communication to ensure team effectiveness, rapport and in turn team excellence|
|Equality||Training, treatment, reward system: equality and transparency are essential to a happy workforce. Happy team members work for the organization|
|The Two-way Feedback System||Giving feedback motivates and helps to improve. Getting feedback teaches how to motivate and how to improve|
|Interpersonal Conflict Management||No two individuals are the same and hence they may not think the same. When difference in opinions poses threat to the interpersonal relationship, it is the people manager’s responsibility to step in. Knowing how to solve interpersonal issues is a necessary skill|
