A leader is not defined merely by his Job Title or number of direct reports – but by the ability to create a strong vision and driving towards it with collective effort.

Strengthscapes’ Leadership workshop is supported by Everything DiSC Work of Leaders Assessment. This assessment is based on the path-breaking research by Julie Straw that proposes that VAE Model of leadership. Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, Work of Leaders encourages leaders to understand their own leadership behaviours and how it impacts their effectiveness.

We use the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders assessment to support individual and organization level learning to support leadership insights in this program.
