Technology is altering and will continue to alter the way education is imparted regardless of it being inside or outside a classroom.
Blended adult learning is indeed the blending of the new techniques with the old to ensure that the material is comprehensive and to benefit the student. Thereby, blended adult learning is defined as the culmination of learning techniques that incorporates multiple teaching models. This most frequently included a technique involving eLearning and face-to-face learning

The Rotation Blended Learning Model
This model is extremely versatile and flexible as it permits the use of face-to-face instruction time and online study time. To integrate this model into one’s teaching methods, face-to-face support can be provided to those learners who require it or provide regular group sessions for learners who require additional assistance. Learners can also be encouraged to collaborate with one another so that they can benefit from one another’s experiences.
The Alacarte Blended Adult Learning Model
This model involves only online instructions with the training taking place in a physical classroom or lab or may supplement the instructions the learners will receive in a brick-and-mortar classroom. Videos or audio lectures can be recorded by the instructors in addition to providing support though various forum such as emails and instant messages. If the instructor needn’t be present physically, then this can incur cost reductions. The Enriched Virtual Blended Adult Learning Model
This model is centred on face-to-face instructions while the online tools and resources supplement the former after the completion of instructor-led sessions.
