  • Module 2: Acceptance
    • Topics: Challenges of diverse communities, intersectionality, stereotypes and biases, macro & micro-aggressions.
    • Activities: Speaker sessions, case study analysis, role-plays, video discussions.
  • Module 3: Adaptation
    • Topics: Inclusive language, equity activation, roles of Champions and Allies, inclusive rituals.
    • Activities: Practical exercises, group activities, checklist creation.
  • Module 4: Application
    • Topics: DEI Charter creation, KPIs and metrics, communication planning, action planning.
    • Activities: Group work, discussions, individual action plans.
