• Online Support for Program Delivery: Trainers will receive online support and guidance from experienced trainers throughout the program, ensuring successful delivery of management development programs
• LMS Access and Recording: Trainers will have one-year access to the Learning Management System (LMS) to retrieve program materials, resources, and recorded sessions for review and reference
• Management Card Game: Trainers must buy separately, a print copy of the Management Card Game, a valuable resource developed by Strengthscape’s Management trainers for interactive learning
• To be eligible for participation in this program, it is required that participants have taken an Everything DiSC Workplace Assessment within the past three years. This ensures that participants have a current understanding of their DiSC profile and can fully engage with the program content
