1. Description and Objective of the Position
The Senior Talent & Network Manager is responsible for scaling and managing two of Strengthscape’s key growth engines:
- Building and expanding the B2B sales team (both face-to-face and inside/remote sales)
- Creating and managing a global freelance trainer network across behavioral and technical domains.
The position involves strategic recruitment, onboarding, and stakeholder collaboration to meet evolving L&OD delivery needs. The role is fully remote and demands a relationship-driven professional with deep recruitment expertise in the L&OD industry.
2. Tasks and Responsibilities
A. Sales Team Recruitment and Expansion
- Define hiring plans for Strategic Account Managers (face-to-face and remote roles)
- Create and publish targeted job offers on portals and platforms
- Actively source and screen top-tier sales professionals with L&OD or consulting backgrounds
- Conduct interviews and evaluations to assess role alignment and culture fit
- Partner with senior leadership to align recruitment goals with business objectives
- Track recruitment metrics and refine strategies to improve hiring efficiency
B. Freelance Trainer Network Management
- Develop and manage a robust global network of freelance trainers in soft skills, leadership, technical training, and compliance areas
- Onboard trainers onto Strengthscape’s internal portal with complete tagging and documentation
- Ensure accurate mapping of trainer capabilities to project needs
- Maintain regular communication with freelancers regarding engagement opportunities, feedback, and support
- Build community engagement mechanisms such as webinars, updates, and recognition touchpoints
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal processes related to freelance and full-time hiring
- Manage quality feedback and ensure continuous trainer development
3. Job Requirements
3.1 Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Additional certifications in recruitment or talent management (preferred)
3.2 Languages
- English: Proficient user (C1)
- Any other regional or international languages: Advantageous
3.3 Knowledge and Competences
- Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing sales and L&OD talent
- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and freelance talent platforms
- Understanding of L&OD, training delivery models, and technical upskilling requirements
- Experience managing remote teams or networks across geographies
- Knowledge of ATS or CRM tools and remote onboarding systems
