Embark on a structured and immersive two-week journey with Wiley’s Everything DiSC® Certification, blending live, instructor-led virtual sessions with comprehensive self-guided online learning. This well-rounded approach is designed to ensure a deep understanding of Everything DiSC® concepts, practical application, and the development of facilitation skills. Here’s what the certification course entails:

• Asynchronous Learning Modules: Dive into five self-paced online modules, dedicating approximately 3 hours per module. These are designed to provide a foundational understanding of the DiSC® model, theory, and principles.
• Live Virtual Sessions: Participate in four live, instructor-led sessions, each lasting 2 hours. These sessions are interactive, allowing you to engage with the material and the instructor in real time, enhancing your learning experience.
• Application Projects: Apply what you’ve learned by presenting two application projects. These projects focus on group facilitation and 1:1 coaching, providing you with the opportunity to receive valuable feedback from experienced practitioners to refine your facilitation skills.
• Certification Exam: Conclude your learning journey by taking the final Certification Exam. A passing score of 80% or higher is required to demonstrate your proficiency in the key concepts of Everything DiSC®, earning you the credential of an Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner.
