An organization’s leadership is a crucial aspect of its strategy since it allows the organization to navigate its way through the muck of problems while looking forward to the most promising future possible. An organization’s leadership has a broad range of effects on the organization, from branding to culture to achieving goals, which is why companies must invest time and resources into developing their leaders.
In the transition from a flat, networked workplace to a collaborative, distributed, and technologically driven environment, it is imperative that we utilize both collaborative team skills and individual initiative.
Leaders must therefore develop leadership skills that emphasize collaboration, embrace technology, lead change, and deliver long-term success.
There is a need to build a deep pool of leaders who can handle diverse business challenges, market uncertainties, and grasp new opportunities.
The Program
Leading an Organization, a program developed by Strengthscape, is a bespoke training experience that infuses the best leadership development theories and practices into a personalized learning experience. By drawing from leadership best practices as outlined in Julie Straw’s research, titled “Work of Leaders,” and supplemented with contemporary assessments that connect unique leadership styles with real-world demands, we generate powerful conversations that lead to a clear path forward. The narrative is compelling and adds depth to the profiles, while the visuals support the learning process by illustrating key messages. Further, it discusses strategies for adapting leadership styles to different situations.
The purpose of this program is to encourage participants to think about how to adapt their approach to collaboration, change, and people to maximize business impact by using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution.
