Managerial Courage

Managerial Courage is an essential aspect of effective leadership! The ability to take bold decisions, speak up for what is right, handle challenging situations with grace, and navigate conflicts is a key hallmark of a successful manager. In today’s rapidly changing business environment, where stakeholders’ expectations are high and the competitive pressures are intense, developing managerial courage is more crucial than ever.

This training session covers four critical areas of managerial courage – stakeholder management, giving critical feedback, managing conflicts, and handling difficult situations. First, we will explore effective team management, which involves identifying and balancing the needs and expectations of the team and while driving accountability. Next, we will delve into the art of giving critical feedback – a skill that enables managers to provide constructive and honest feedback to their team members, peers, or superiors.

Managing conflicts is another important area that we will cover in detail. Conflicts are an inherent part of any workplace, and the ability to handle them skilfully can lead to better outcomes and stronger relationships. Finally, we will look at ways to handle difficult situations, which can range from challenging conversations with team members to major crisis that require swift and decisive action.

Through a combination of theory, case studies, and practical exercises, including the Everything DiSC Workplace Assessment, this training session will equip participants with the tools and techniques to develop their managerial courage and become more effective leaders. We hope that this session will provide valuable insights and inspiration, and empower participants to take charge, make brave decisions and lead with confidence.
