The Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitation Kit focuses on a personalized experience that benefits every individual in the workplace regardless of title or position. It aims at building effective relationships at work by teaching an appreciation of different priorities, preferences, and values that individuals bring to the workplace. Combining facilitated classroom training with online pre-work and follow-up tools, these personalized insights will help participants adapt to different styles, increasing collaboration and creating a more inclusive workplace, even while celebrating diversity.

WHAT’S IN THE BOX?

The Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitation Kit includes three 90-minute modules, fully-scripted facilitation with engaging activities, and a workplace-focused video that features DiSC® styles in real work situations. This kit also includes optional People-Reading and Comparison Report activities. Facilitation may be easily customized by selecting and switching out video clips, modifying slides, leader’s guides, and participant handouts. Segments may be added or deleted to fit any timeframe or workshop configuration.

Facilitation is easily referenced as unlocked PowerPoint® slides and Word participants will walk away with tools and an action plan, that they can immediately apply to their daily interactions and continue to use beyond the program. The Follow-Up Tools, MyEverythingDiSCExtend, the learning experience with a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal, gives participants unlimited access to on-demand insights about DiSC, and strategies for applying DiSC to real work situations. ADDITIONAL RESOURCES

Comparison reports inspire effective collaboration. Any two participants can explore their similarities and differences, potential challenges in working together, and practical tips for improving their working relationship. Team view reports, with no limit to the number of participants included, gives you an at-a-glance view of a group of participants and their individual Everything DiSC maps. Group Culture reports determine the group’s DiSC culture by exploring its advantages and disadvantages, impact on group members, and influence on decision-making and risk-taking.
