Everything DiSC Work of Leaders:
Through a framework of vision, alignment, and execution, the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders profile helps leaders learn how to best use their behavioral strengths. Leaders are assessed on 18 behavioral continuums, and a 23-page highly personalized report with context-specific feedback is generated.
The report represents four years of research with input from over 300 domain specialists from 150 companies, and it’s all about best practices in leadership. Leadership skills are viewed as a one-to-many relationship, while management is viewed as a one-to-one relationship.
Through this report, leaders of all levels will find out how effective they are at steering their organizations through each stage of the leadership process. The Everything DiSC Work of Leaders Training Program uses classroom facilitation, pre-work, videos, games, and activities to teach highly actionable and easy-to-implement strategies.
Everything DiSC 363 For Leaders:

In fact, a leader is never a “stand-alone” entity. In fact, their effectiveness is actually determined by their ability to live up to the expectations of the people around them. The Everything DiSC 363 For Leaders incorporates 360-degree feedback and uses the results to devise three top strategies for improving leadership effectiveness – 360 + 3 = 363.

The report basically follows a three-step leadership development process. Leaders first assess themselves on the eight dimensions of leadership skills with everything disc. The next step involves looking at the perceptions of people the leader regularly interacts with on the same dimensions. Interestingly, leaders may find that the perceptions of others tally with their own in some aspects, while being completely different in others. That’s a good eye-opener. It compares the two so the leaders know where they stand.
The 360-degree feedback is then used to identify the three strengths of the leader that they should capitalize on to become a better leader. The report also points out three areas the leader needs to work on. Based on feedback from the raters — peers, subordinates, reporting managers, or other people the leader regularly interacts with, whose details aren’t shared — both strengths and weaknesses are identified. This confidentiality ensures that true opinions are shared and the strategies recommended are practical since they are backed by many years of behavioral research.
